RETURNING PRODUCTS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Any new and unused product purchased on the Website can be returned within 30 days for a refund (to original method of payment). Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and ensure that the product arrives without any damage. Products returned in lightly used condition or without the original package will not qualify for a refund and can be charged a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price. Products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to Seangles directly.
RETURNING PRODUCTS FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
Your Seangles product (purchased on the Website or through an authorized retailer) has a limited 90 days Warranty, covering parts due to manufacturer defect. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Seangles will, at its option, (a) repair the affected product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (b) exchange the affected product with an equivalent product that is new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability
The Seangles product is produced for sale in the United States. The Seangles Warranty for customers who intend to use it outside of the United States is not applicable. Please email us for more details for the service of the Seangles products, which are purchased in the United States but used outside the United States. For these products, which required service, consumers are responsible for all costs including shipping, taxes, duties of replacement parts and local power adapters at the owner’s expense.
If your item is in stock, it will ship within 1-3 business days of approved and cleared payment. Orders are processed in order of receipt and upon approved payment. If your item is out of stock or the stock is depleted, it will be backordered. The back order generally needs an additional 2-10 business days to delivery. If the item is out of the stock within the backordered time period, you will have the option to wait for a back order, modify the order, or cancel the order with a full refund.
Seangles does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other area outside of the contiguous 48 lower United States.
