Any new and unused product purchased on the Website can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and ensure that the product is undamaged. Products returned in lightly used condition or without the original package will not qualify for a refund and can be charged a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price. Products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to Seangles directly.


Seangles products guarantee products for limited 90 days from the purchase date. If there is a defect during the Warranty Period, Seangles will, at its option, (a) repair the affected product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (b) exchange the affected product with an equivalent product that is new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.


Guarantee only covers the fault due to manufacturer defect, and excludes a) wear & tear, b) damage due to not following the care label and c) stains or spills.
